Project 20
Our assignment involved illuminating a park garden both functionally and aesthetically, featuring magnificent mature native trees combined with lush, voluminous hedges.
Subtle lighting guides visitors from the estate’s entrance gate to the main access of the residence.
Uplighting and downlighting of the trees not only create majestic focal points but also reveal the garden’s contours after dusk.
Project 34
Our main objective was to make the garden visible after sunset from various interior viewpoints, thereby creating a seamless extension of the indoor living space.
This was achieved by placing light accents in the foreground on low-growing plants and shrubs such as boxwood, azaleas, agapanthus, lavender, and rhododendrons. The eye is then naturally guided toward the clean contours of the evergreen hedges, and finally, the boundary of the garden is subtly defined by illuminating a few tall trees along the property’s edge.
